Sto mandando la mail nel mio inglese da traduttore.. Ve la allego per dovere di cronaca... e perché mi avvisiate se c'è qualcosa di penalmente rilevante da correggere  _______________ Hello. I'm an Italian customer and I wrote an email at your address levendite@chainreactioncycles.com on monday, but I've got no answer. So I picked up my phone and I called the number 02893343750 to speak to an italian speaking operator. I called three times, during the opening hours, and an answering machine tells me that office are closed during opening hours. Very funny. Anyway... I received my goods on monday. As you can see looking at my order I bought a wheel and a lubrificant bottle, plus other items. The box I received, even if made of poor quality cardboard, is appropriate to ship a wheel but I think a proper cushioning packaging would be better of the system you used. In fact only four (4) brown paper sheet was putted inside as cushioning, then all other goods, except a drop bar, was shippeb in bubble envelopes pressing and rotating the wheel in a corner, against the drop bar that was just protected by its cellophane envelope. maniglie As I wrote box didn't appears robust when moving 20meters keeping it by handles (the ones cutted in cardboard) I felt the box cracking.. before opening I checkrd the box and evereting looked fine but a little hole made by hub axle. In the box I found all items ordered, but the lubrificant bottle was not properly closed an half of content was all around and the wheel was damaged: there are lots of minor scratches and few deep scratcher on machine brake track, there is no rapid lock axle and the hub is partially without pain and there is no dust stopper on one side. I tought rapid lock axle was included, but I can't check now as item page is no longer on your website an no order appear in my account pages. Anyway I try to rotate wheel in my hands and I feel that need maintenance before using as it doesn't rotate smooth but jerky: just a cone respacing and greasing again that I have to do by myself to avoid being mocked by my local bike shop. Rim damages only partially are due to trasport careless (in my humble opinion there was no damage during transport), and only partially due to incorrect packaging, while I consider most likely rim was damaged before shipment due to an improper storage of material in stock. Please, let me know if I can send back these two items and what are the conditions, if you can alternatively get a partial refund or a voucher for a future order. At the moment your service doesn't meet my expectations, from logistics to customer care. I make a film during box opening (as I feared a situation worse than real) and I take some shoots. I attach three shoots, but I can send better images or movies if you need them. Hoping to a rapid resolution, Best regards
