All segments are displayed.Then while all segments are displayed, press the lower left button followed quickly by the upper right.This gets into factory settings.Then hold in the red button until the display starts to flash several times then goes back to all characters again.The receiver has now been reset to initial settings - all data and settings are lost.Suggest that you make an infrared connection first with the software to retreive your settings (you won't be able to saved any files in the receiver); then with the software connection still open, do the factory reset. Go back into CONNECT mode on the receiver, face the infrared ports together and transfer you settings back into the receiver.This way you can put the settings back into the watch instead of having to re-enter them manually (ie. you don't close the software during this operation - leave in the connection screen).</blockquote>
