Most apps are capable of running in the background on the device and continuing to have a connection to the KICKR, which will prevent other apps from connecting to the KICKR or can cause conflicting commands to be sent to the KICKR. Please provide the results of the spindown (Temperature, Time, and Offset).</p><p></p><p>- Check your user profile to ensure your weight and height are set correctly for the app you are using.</p><p></p><p>- Check the black & white decal on the side of the large pulley wheel for any signs of wear. If you see any wear, please let me know and send a picture highlighting the problem areas.
