E io ti ripeto...., se vedi il quadro sinottico, oltre la spiegazione, la freccia a sinistra non è prevista neanche come opzione.
Questo ci è stato spiegato anche verbalmente durante il corso di formazione, proprio relativo a questa circolare e ad altre norme.
Su questo c'è stato un "acceso" dibattito.
Il motivo è la semplificazione delle operazioni di transito nelle rotatorie e l'adeguamento alle norme europee, che non prevedono l'uso di indicatori di direzione in entrata.
Se, ad esempio , vedi come si prende una rotanda in UK, vedrai che non è prevista la freccia in ingresso (in questo caso quella di destra).

Turning left, 2nd exit.
Turning left at a roundabout doesn't always mean that it will be the first exit.
You can see on this sign that the 2nd exit is pointing to the left.
Make sure that you don't signal on approach to the roundabout, but only signal to exit. Signalling on approach to the roundabout would mislead other road users as they might think that you're going to come off to the 1st exit.
Mio ultimo messaggio sul tema freccia a sinistra: a pag. 16, punto d.1) la circolare dice che non è necessario mettere la freccia sinistra.
Per la conoscenza (scarsa lo ammetto) che ho dell'italiano, non necessario non significa che è vietato.
Io la metto, e so di non sbagliare, anche secondo la circolare.
