Sulla Oltre XR Dura-Ace si vede una guarnitura Dura-Ace 9000. Chissà se nel gruppo 9000 hanno introdotto la versione BB30 oppure Bianchi ha usato gli adattatori per poterla montare. Dalle specifiche Bianchi sembra che la Oltre XR abbiamo sempre il MC BB30.

Shimano’s updated their outboard and press fit bottom brackets, too. The bearings inside are smaller and the actual size of the external cup is smaller and lighter. The biggest improvement is in the sealing. They’re able to maintain the same sealing but with 50% of the resistance. Why not finally offer BB30/PFBB30?

“For us, we believe that steel is the optimal material for the spindle and BB30 is really optimized for an alloy spindle and carbon crankarm,” said Lawrence. “We’re pretty committed to steel and aluminum arms and the 24mm spindle in steel is the best solution for us.”

"the dogma with da9000 has a bb30 crank. yes, shimano is making a bb30 crank. and pinarello is making a bb30 dogma.
the crank has been confirmed by a shimano guy. probably some news release about it soon, or he wouldnt have given it up so easily.
hint: on the rear derailleur pic, zoom in on the crank/bb area. big bb, but not wide, NO EXTERNAL CUPS, spider is essentially inboard of the outer ring due to all the interior space."

Oggi alle ore 15 mentra smadonnavo contro la serie sterzo della mia vecchia mtb è squillato il campanello di casa , il corriere mi ha consegnato celermente il pacco giallo che aspettavo spronato anche dal fatto che ero ancora "armato " di mazzuolo e tubo di alluminio . E' arrivata la divisa della taverna non ci crederete ma di lì a poco la serie sterzo come per incanto ha smesso di farmi tribolare ...potenza della taverna
