We will start with an online test to determine your current fitness level - HR zones and power zones. We will perform a re-test after 17 weeks that way we can see your progress. This plan is an easy to use Coaching plan. It gives you the opportunity to train whenever you want to. No day-to-day plan witch you cannot follow and will leave you unsatisfied and annoyed. If you do 3 of these workouts you will be in shape for next season. If you can do 4 you will "rock" next season. You will have that Coach to ask questions about cycling and or nutrition related to cycling. We will work close together and to do so we will use a training log to see what is happening.
