License information
In Light mode after updating to version 3.6 (or 3.5)
It could be that after updating to version 3.6 the software comes into the LIGHT mode. You can fix this yourself.
First unhide the folders on your computer: You can do this in the folder options (Organize - Folder - view - select: show hidden files)
You can do this in the folder options (organize folder and search options view select show hidden files and folders)
Then go to this location and delete the Settings.tts. After this you can start up the software again.
Vista/Windows 7: C:\ProgramData\Tacx\TrainerSoftware\TTS3\Settings
XP C:\Documents and settings\All users\AppData\TTS3\TrainerSoftware\Settings
License solutions Tacx Trainer Software version 3
1. The license is only valid on 1 PC. If you switch to another PC, please use the TRANSFER button that is displayed under HELP. This will de-activate your license on the old PC, so that you can use the license for a different PC.
2. The multiplayer license has no connection with the activation license. The multiplayer license will be activated, the moment you create an users in the USER PROFILE of the Tacx Trainer Software version 3. After a restart of the software the license is activated.
Tacx Trainer software light mode
It is possible to use the software on different PC, but only for analyzing. The software is then in LIGHT MODE. You can see this in the main screen because the button MULTIPLAYER is missing and on the left corner it says: Tacx Trainer Software light
If this happens on your core PC, then you need to follow this procedure to return to the FULL version again
In the software go to
HELP
Register
Select Device
Then with the next pop-up select the button ACTIVATE AGAIN
Follow the procedure. You are now in Full version again
Error Codes
Error code 3009
When you receive an error code 3009 when you are trying to activate your code, then this means that our registration server is down.

TTS 2.07 Google Earth not showing
After the update to version 2.07 it is not possible to get Google Earth shown. You will get a white screen with error ATL 10.00
This is a known bug and we are trying to get this so solved as soon as possible

come faccio a disindtallare la versione 3.6? provo a mettere la 3.5 vediamo che succede
devi reinstallare tutto, oppure devi recuperare un punto di ripristino di xp
si spegne da sola quando hai disconesso il soft, altrimenti togli le batterie
problema risolto :-) ho mandato una mail alla tacx dopo meno di 24 ore mi hanno contattato con le istruzioni da seguire per attivare il virtual... or va perfetto !! :-) contento è soddisfatto dell'assistenza ... ringrazio TonYTpb che ha provato a darmi una mano !!!
a questo punto quando facciamo una corsa on line??? mi manco solo questo da provare poi va tutto alla grande

si, a prima vista ci mette più tempo a trovare la console e qualche volta proprio non si connette. Scollegando l'USB ant+ e poi ricollegandola, funziona.

confermo problemi con la chiavetta USBant+. A TTS in funzione e console accesa il sistema non si connette. Devo estrarre la chiavetta (searching Bushido) e poi reinserirla, solo dopo trova la connessione. Voglio provare a ricaricare gli update 3.7 e 3.8 ma sul sito non è previsto l'update manuale. sapete come fare?

provata la nuova versione 3.8 problemi quando smetti di pedalare due volte su tre perde la connessione con il freno....subito disinstallata

io la lingua l'ho lasciata in inglese perchè ho notato che il soft funziona meglio, per scaricare ho dovuto avviare il programma tacx update in simulazione xp,io ho installato win7

anche io W7pro e TTS in inglese. Non sapendo come avviare in simulazione xp ho fatto in modalità provvisoria con rete, lanciato NewShortCut1>update TTS3 ma trova già la versione 3.8 installata e quindi non mi da modo di reinstallarla.
