ok quindi tu ti sei fatto l'assicurazione kasco a parte, anche io volevo fare la kasco poi mi hanno spiegato questo fatto che carbonsport mette a disposizione un'assicurazione "speciale" al prezzo di 100 euro annuali, volevo sapere se è veramente valida quindi se si rompe una ruota me la danno nuova pagando solo la spedizione o son solo chiacchere. L'utente che dici tu ha usufruito dell'assicurazione che parlo io ovvero della casa (carbonsport) o dell'assicurazione Kasco?

L'utente gli hanno sostituito la ruota perche totta da lui in una buca....
Ovviamente se a te in una buca rompi la ruota nessuno ti sostituirebbe la stessa in garanzia, ma devi acquistarne una nuova...

What is more: Lightweight ServiceUp even covers racing damage; after all, Lightweight wheels are made for racing.
Is ServiceUp subject to any exceptions?
The warranty does not cover damage · to paint, special coatings such as our Duraflon coating, or other wheel finishes applied by request of the customer,
· damage resulting from any kind of modification of the wheel by the customer or third parties (e.g. holes, paint, coating, stickers, etc.) or excessive loads,
· damage resulting from normal wear (e.g. of the brake tracks, bearings),
· damage caused by incorrect installation or use of incompatible parts,
· damage caused by failure to observe the user manual,
· damage caused by shipment or storage,
· damages resulting from inadequate maintenance,
· damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Furthermore, the warranty does not apply
· to wheels purchased from a dealer not authorised by CarbonSports GmbH,
· in the event of manipulation of our wheels by individuals not authorised by us,
· and does not establish the basis for claims to the refund of shipping costs, taxes, duties, etc. incurred by the buyer when sending back the wheel to CarbonSports GmbH or to the authorised CarbonSports dealer, claims to extension of the ServiceUp warranty term for the duration of the non-availability due to repairs, or other claims not expressly covered by the warranty.
How long can I use Lightweight ServiceUp?
The Lightweight ServiceUp certificate is issued for 3 years with respect to the chip numbers of the wheels. If the wheels are sold before the end of the term, the service can be transferred to the subsequent owner.
How often can I use Lightweight ServiceUp?
You can use our preferential, free repair service without restriction during the term of the certificate. Free replacement of the wheels is limited to 2 replacements.
