La mia domanda nasce dal fatto che ho una salita "test" di 7,5 km per 745 m. di dislivello, molto regolare, ed ho notato appunto che la termino a 72 r.p.m. Nei tratti più duri ( 14/15%) mi accorgo che a circa 70 rpm il 34/25 non basta per mantenere la cadenza e chiaramente, sono costretto ad andare nell'anaerobico per mantenerla, con un'affaticamento sucessivo maggiore se avessi un altro rapporto. Quindi pensavo proprio che il passo successivo per il miglioramento è proprio quello di ripetute brevi di qualche minuto, a quella cadenza con 2 denti di meno, su pendenze a doppie cifre. Provabilmente con il misuratore di potenza, mi accorgerei prima, del fatto che ho "motore" ma non ho "potenza" per tenere o aumentare la velocità con lo stesso rapporto.
